CompAZCart assures that it will take all steps and measures and ensure that any product purchased on www.compazcart.com is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the product(s). However, Buyers understand and confirm that the CompAZcart shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances beyond the control of CompAZcart.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all our products for cart value above 2000 INR. Octroi charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne and paid by the CompAZcart and not by the Customer.
For orders with more than one product, CompAZcart would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues. At this point of time CompAZcart only accepts orders to single location per transaction, At a later statge, If buyer purchases multiple products in single transaction, then the products will be shipped to different addresses within the same pincode, choosen individually by the user at the time of checkout.

The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked on the product page once the pincode is entered.
Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you add the product to the cart. In case it is not serviceable by us, and if its a bulk order, please call us at 93983 33140 to place an offline order. We will help you if we can.
II.How will the delivery be done?
Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like by RT Square supply chain, or through Shiprocket (Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax etc.)
III.Does CompAZcart deliver internationally?
Currently, CompAZcart does not deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.
Shortly, CompAZcart will also service Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. We are working towards opening our warehouses in these neighboring countries and plan to open them by mid of 2022.
- All Products purchased from the Website enjoy fifteen (7) days 'Return Policy'.
- Any Product, purchased from the Website, can be returned to the Company within fifteen (7) days of delivery of the same to User by placing a "Return Request" on the order page in "Your Account" or by logging a call with us by phone on +91-9398333140
- Returns are accepted by CompAZcart only if the Product supplied by us is damaged, defective or the Product received is different from the Product that was ordered.
- The buyer shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
- Buyers should intimate CompaAZcart's Customer Care Centre about such damage and/or defect and/ or difference and we shall arrange for the replacement of the Product or refund of price of the Product along with shipping charges,
- For any Refund or Exchange / Replacement of Product the relevant provisions of Refund and Exchange shall apply as given herein.
- In case of Cancellation (Return / Replacement) of order after delivery of the Product to User, the Company will arrange pick up of the Product to be returned. Buyer agrees to fully to return the Product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to the buyer along with the Product being returned.
- In case of product unavailability, for return orders, the order value including an shipment fees will be credit to buyers original payment source, in 2 weeks.
